The Kabai Label came to Marshall Studio full of ideas and inspiration but had no concept of their identity. Kabai needed to establish a premium lifestyle clothing brand that makes a unique stamp on the marketplace.
When Brendan came to us wanting his new logo designed for his brand, the brief was simple, create something that has a premium / luxury look and feel to it. He gave us total creative reign with his project. He wanted The Kabai Label's Logo first impressions to be up there with brands such as MAE and Black Label Clothing. We also learned he was heavily inspired by Dubai for the brand.
After some critical feedback and adjustments, we managed to create something truly special; a design system that allows The Kabai Label to flurish. This is a strong mark with clear-cut typography, that is flexible enough to be used in 3 ways as a logo system ( Logo Symbol, Horizontal Lockup and a Vertical Lockup. ).
