Get It Right First Time came to Marshall Studio as a startup business wanting to create a powerful brand image for themselves to enter their new business venture. Their aim is for them to help people waste less time and make fewer mistakes getting on the property ladder. This is done through 30 years of experience from the owners being condensed down into online courses.

In need of a powerful image.

Get It Right First Time was in need of a powerful Brand Identity image for the business. They wanted to touch a variety of Touchpoints, Presentations (Powerpoint), Video, Audible, Business Cards, and Stationary. They want to change the industry by helping a young audience get on the Buy To Let Property Sector effectively. By doing this, it will give young people the knowledge they need to get it right the first time. This was a very important point to consider when creating the Logo and Brand Identity for Get It Right First Time. We wanted to make a mark that showed their message - having a clear path for young people to gain knowledge making them feel confident when starting their Buy To Let Property journey.

Get Right The First Time, is the clear path for people to gain knowledge of how to get into the Buy To Let Property Market. Dick and his son went through the painful process of having to learn everything themselves, making many costly mistakes to create their success. They didn't want anyone else to make anymore mistakes than they did. Reflecting this in the mark, we decided on a logo which conveyed a simple path leading to the abudance in property. As you can see, the mark is a house made from a single line with a 'number 1' in it's center. A meaningful mark that is easily identifiable, simple in form, and memorable in the eye of the beholder.
